Hayward Tyler Group Ltd – a leading manufacturer, service provider for pumps and motors – has further strengthened its offshore service operations to support the increasing demand for fast turnaround on repairs and maintenance of critical offshore equipment.

Hayward Tyler designed and built the first submersible motor in 1908 and is expert in wet wound motor and pump technology. In addition to the regional office based in Aberdeen, UK facilities include a fully functional service workshop, providing offshore customers with efficient and cost effective services. Fully qualified mechanical engineers can carry out the installation and minor repair of our units and provide complete wet-wound motor services for equipment on offshore platforms; enabling customers to monitor quality and reduce turnaround times.

Our onshore submersible facility, the only one of its type in the UK, can test units up to 1200 m³/hr, with a maximum voltage rating of 11Kv. Firewater pumps (line shaft and submersible), booster pumps, jockey pumps and subsea pumps and motor sets are few examples of equipment that we are able to test.

Hayward Tyler specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke pumps and motors for the power generation and offshore oil and gas markets.
